Day touring including he Gourmet Food Trail, Mole Creek Caves, Cradle Mountain and Nant Distillery, Bothwell.

Walking Tracks including Meander Valley Falls, Warners Track and Quamby Bluff.

Fly Fishing in nearby rivers including Huntman Lake, Meander River and the highland lakes.
Our own small trout stream boasts plenty of fish in season. We enjoy it when our guests bring us brown trout for dinner.

Cycling If you are a keen cyclist then Forest Walks Lodge is an excellent base.
For interstate and international guests arriving in Launceston we have arranged a bike hire package to enable you to ride to the Lodge.
